  3. Applies to Froeyabank, Haltenbank, Sklinna Bank and Traena Bank and Helgeland

    A polar low is now in position 69 degrees north 0 degrees west. The low is moving southeast and and is this evening expected to make landfall in the southern part of Helgeland. The wind is expected to be severe gale force 9 or storm force 10 near the polar low, with heavy snow showers.
